A collaboration with UCD SSDP is where we first began these talks...
They took place under 2 Strands –
We are delighted to see the SSDP developing new chapters across the country as they have been very much a force for good in the past and really have a role to play now more than ever.
It is the nature of 'Student life' that the body collective is transient with a brand new intake every September usually, meaning a complete re alignment of all the college different societies and associations. But it is the tradition of youth to get politicized and voice their opposition and support when and where appropriate and needed.

- Medical Cannabis DeMystified - where we talked with some of Ireland's highest profile patients successfully treating their conditions with Cannabis
- Cannabis DeStigmatized - We spoke with the activists from Ireland and abroad fighting for changes in regulation

The most important power that students have is the fact that they inherently have a vote and politicians know this!!
According to Irish Times:"The number of students enrolled in higher level education has increased by almost 17.5 per cent over the past six years, according to new data released by the Higher Education Authority (HEA).
The number of students enrolled in third-level institutions rose from 209,000 in 2014 to 245,000 in 2020.
The total number of undergraduate new entrants to third-level in 2020 increased by 6 per cent on the previous year, the largest annual number of new entrants to date."
